About CardGhost

CardGhost is cloud-based record keeping and collection operations software for sports and trading card collectors. I built it because my own collection had grown past the point where I could keep it in my head. It was spread across boxes, binders, slabs, photos, and spreadsheets. After buying a card I already owned, I knew the collection needed one reliable system of record.

CardGhost gives each card a structured record for its set, year, card number, grade, condition, quantity, cost, current value, photos, and notes. You can import a CSV, filter the collection, and use the records you maintain to see totals, category and grade views, and value history. The workspace is private to you and available on the web when you need it.

The current scope is equally important. CardGhost does not scan cards, fetch live marketplace prices, or determine what a card is worth. You maintain your own values and records. CardGhost keeps those records connected, organized, and useful over time.

I am Jamison, a collector and the builder of CardGhost. I collect across baseball, basketball, hockey, and Pokémon, and I write the guides on this site from that experience. The product is built for collectors who want dependable collection records without giving up control of their data.

Ashley, the guide who introduces the product on this site and walks through the app, is a fictional character illustrated with AI. She is not a customer, not a collector who owns the cards in the demo, and not me. She exists to explain CardGhost in plain language, and everything she shows is the real read-only demo.

You can explore the live demo without signing up. A 7-day trial of your own workspace requires a card on file and is $0 today, then$10/month for unlimited records and full features. Cancel anytime.
